Yes. We work from 2D plans, photos of the site and the neighbourhood, and style references. The film will be conceptual rather than architecturally exact, which suits early investor conversations.
No. Material changes (facade, height, layout) mean a re-cut at 50% of the original film price. We keep your template, music and voiceover and regenerate only the affected shots. Cosmetic changes, like colours and finishes, are covered by your revision rounds.
Yes. Your logo, colours, fonts and voiceover. No mAInds watermark anywhere. The Developer Plan (€4,900/mo) adds one locked brand template across every film in your portfolio.
A CGI studio gives you exact architectural fidelity, which you need for permits, engineering and the architect's portfolio. We give you the film for the room: what the project feels like to live in or invest in. Different jobs, and some projects need both. On cost and time: €5,000-15,000 and 6-12 weeks for CGI, €1,490 and 7 days for a Pitch Film.
